Educated in Business Management and International Relations at George Washington University in Washington, D.C., Michael Voulgarelis holds certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt as well. After serving as Sales Manager for two-plus years at Wachovia Bank in Columbia, South Carolina, Michael Voulgarelis moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, where he landed a position as Assistant Vice President and Small Business Sales Manager for Bank of America. From September 1997 to June 2000, Michael Voulgarelis honed his expertise in telemarketing management at Bank of America, and ultimately gained promotion to Vice President and Unit Manager of a call center in Tampa, Florida. During this period, Michael Voulgarelis continued to build an exemplary track record with Bank of America and soon after relocated to Concord, California, to work as Senior Vice President of Call Center Operations. The recipient of the 2002 Award of Excellence from the Bank of America, Michael Voulgarelis brought about substantial increases in sales revenues for his company. Michael Voulgarelis would later return to Florida to serve as Senior Vice President and Regional Executive at the Bank of America. Following his successful tenure with the Bank of America, Michael Voulgarelis founded several companies including Orizzi.com to provide an essential sales, marketing, and support tools for companies around the world.
